Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from individual past or present policy-owners, certificate-holders, pended applicants, employers, distributors and other parties about Voluntary Employee Benefits Products
- Authenticating the identity of the caller, researching the applicable customer records in order to respond to the caller’s question or requests
- Inputting any information and commands necessary to fulfill simple requests, documenting the call content and any actions undertaken on the applicable administrative system and transferring complex requests to clients resources for further action if the Customer Service Associates are unable to resolve such requests
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- Good Attitude , good in grammar usage, ability to comprehend and respond effectively,analytical and problem solving capabilities , attention to detail and decision making abilities
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
