RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional and efficient customer support to clients


• Answer all inquiries by customers effectively, efficiently and courteously while following all policies of the company.


• Provide outbound/inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.


• Promote and ensure excellent customer service.


• Deal with customer inquiries, verifies order and other information.


• Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideal candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.


• No work experience required.


• 250 Full-Time position(s) available.


• Good communication skills


• Passionate, energetic, enthisiastic


• Positive, driven and should be a team player


• Willing to start immediately


• Must be keen to detail


• Adaptable and flexible


• Good customer service orientation
