Workforce Analyst
Central Visayas – 6th Floor TGU Tower, Cebu IT Park
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the collection of data and the generation of reports to support overall sales operations and productivity.
- Sales reports that are prepared and generated by the team include and are not limited to : sales forecasting,tracking of historical sales data, salesboards, team and individual performance indicators, and sales metrics reports.
- Also assists in the day-to-day functioning of the Sales Department. Involving, but not limited to : seat planning, purchase requisitioning of supplies and spiff items, logistics management and procurement; attendance tracking; scheduling of meetings; etc.
Requirements:
- Must have a strong experience with PC-based reporting platforms and analysis including Internet, E-mail, MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and spreadsheets
- Experience in Accounting, Logistics Management, Data Analysis and Reporting is a plus
- Must have exceptional analytical skills, superior organization and time management
- Willing to work flexible hours / night shift
- Can communicate effectively
