THE JOB: We need an TALENTED PROGRAMMER who will also help coordinate diverse IT development projects being done by twelve team members in the Philippines and the U.S. AND/OR an IT talent with solid background in IT SECURITY and NETWORK MANAGEMENT.
MORE SPECIFICALLY: Our company has dozens of programming projects that need to be coordinated and prioritized under the direction of the company President and four business heads. These projects include iOS/Droid Apps, Perl, Java, SQL, C Sharp, Voice XML, HTML, JavaScript, and ISP applications. The job requires tracking and reporting progress against goals, solving problems when hurdles arise, and helping management assess the performance of developers.
This person may also assume the role of Security Officer and this entails ensuring company-wide compliance with prescribed security requirements.
The remainder will be spent working on one or several of the company’s development projects and managing the company’s IT network. PBX/Asterisk expertise will be a big plus. This is a night shift job in Alabang.
The final job profile/role will be largely determined by the chosen candidate’s skills, attitude and ability to learn.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience is less important than attitude and ability. We are happy to train the right person. That person must have excellent innate programming aptitude and English skills. He/she must have a functional knowledge of a variety of technologies and how they work together. Experience in our programming languages, project management, and US business exposure are pluses.
COMPENSATION: Salary will be based on your experience/capability, with a base plus quarterly bonus.
