RECRUITMENT OFFICER - hibu (Philippines) Private Limited Inc. (Formerly Yell Mediaworks, Inc.) - National Capital Reg - Bonifacio Global City


Responsibilities


• Administer and conducts initial/final screening of applicants – either through phone screen or panel or face to face interview for the agent position.
• Administer and conducts initial screening for all levels in the organization
• Maintains and regularly updates list of applicants
• Evaluates applicants and places them in appropriate programs and positions
• Maintains and prepares the resume databank
• Coordinates with requesting department head for interview schedule
• Sources for applicants for all positions
• Endorse and coordinates with applicants for final interview
• Generate roster to be forwarded to all functions of HR and Finance
• Tracks and coordinates Referral Bonus with the HR group and Finance to ensure accuracy of information
• Comes up with different schemes for referral incentives for approval
• Handles Job Fair/ Recruiting events in and outside the premises of the company
• As may be needed, conducts orientation seminars on employment agreements. Performs other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
• Frequently works independently or with cross-functional teams in meeting job requirements.
• Generates and distributes a variety of reports and statistical summaries regarding employee background and profile
• Submits  reports to the Recruitment Manager regarding Recruitment initiatives and action plans


Requirements


Psychology, Marketing, or any business related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR or General business graduate
At least 2-3 year(s) of working as a Recruitment Officer or Recruitment Lead or Recruitment Supervisor
Applicants must be willing to be work in Bonifacio Global City and Eastwood City
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Call center/BPO recruitment experience strongly preferred
Should be at least of legal age (18 years old and above)
Should be a Filipino citizen and must have relevant residence status
Confident to communicate in English (verbal and written)
Computer proficient and internet-savvy
Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, weekends, and render overtime if needed
