Responsibilities




  • Responsible for planning and coordinating all on-site MEPF activities, compliance of documents, engineer and government specifications, requirements and codes.

  • Responsible for establishing and conducting internal audits to insure quality control requirements are met and recommends acceptance or rejection of all work in process as well as completed work items in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.

  • Responsible for assisting in the review and processing of MEPF shop drawings and other submittals.

  • Responsible for assisting in reviewing purchase documents to insure compliance with quality control requirements and to insure all MEPF materials received on the project site are in compliance with contract documents and approved submittals.

  • Responsible for implementing and aggressively enforce company safety program and practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Perform additional assignments as directed by superiors


Requirements




  • (MEPF Coordinator) Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer/Coordinator

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Software and AutoCAD

  • Preferably with exposure in vertical and horizontal projects

  • At least 20-30 years old

  • Place of assignment: Boracay
