Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement learning and organizational development programs
- Design of Training modules, conduct and evaluation of training programs
- Interact & communicate Organization & Development Programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Organizational Development is a MUST (such as but not limited to Job Design Succession Planning, and Performance Management System)
- Ability to plan, develop and implement learning and organizational development programs
- Experience in the design of Training modules, conduct and evaluation of training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Assertive, highly analytical and keen to details
- Can effectively interact with different levels within the organization
- Proficient with MS Office Tools (especially MS Excel)
- Full-Time position(s) available.
