Responsibilities




  • Plan, develop and implement learning and organizational development programs

  • Design of Training modules, conduct and evaluation of training programs

  • Interact & communicate Organization & Development Programs


Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Organizational Development is a MUST (such as but not limited to Job Design Succession Planning, and Performance Management System)

  • Ability to plan, develop and implement learning and organizational development programs

  • Experience in the design of Training modules, conduct and evaluation of training programs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Assertive, highly analytical and keen to details

  • Can effectively interact with different levels within the organization

  • Proficient with MS Office Tools (especially MS Excel)

  • Full-Time position(s) available.
