Hotel Audit Associate (Urgent Hiring)
National Capital Reg – Pasay City
Responsibilities:
- Daily audit of cash deposits Vis a Vis daily cash transaction to verify if all collections for the day are deposited intact on the designated time of deposit.
- Witness Cash Count for all Hotels, F&B, Parking, Arcade, Theater, Cinema and Others.
- Sorting and pull-out receipts, guest folio, and other documents for billing. Make sure all documents are complete and prepare a transmittal report to endorse to concern departments.
- Assist in checking of Mall Tenant billing ensuring all receipts and documents are complete.
- Assist in preparation of PEF for Marriott and Mall Tenants billing.
- In-charge of document filing and prepares transmittal report for archiving of documents.
- Maintain the inventory of all credit card terminals and coordinate any defective and new request for terminal or configuration.
- Assist any 3rd party vendor for any configuration or installation of credit card terminals and others.
- Responsible for resetting of Parking system (daily).
- Conduct spot check for cash and audit compliance.
- Other task may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Accounting, Finance and Auditing in a Hotel is required for this position.
- Preferably with experience in product knowledge of hotel industries or in a service-oriented company and also specializing in Internal Audit/Cashiering/Hotel & Restaurant POS system.
- Knowledge in the FIDELIO OPERA, Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sales (POS) and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
