As a Functional Support Engineer, you would integrate the client’s Back Office Support Team in Manila (Philippines) to assist the client’s worldwide Front Office Support teams in resolving their issues coming from the users/customers of their Project and Portfolio Management web solution. You would provide Level 2 functional support resolving highly complex issues in multiple technical environments.
Key Results Areas:
- Answer support requests (by email or phone) sent from the client’s worldwide Front Office Support teams
- Analyze problem descriptions and customer configuration data gathered by Front Office Support teams in order to determine the root of the problem and to find solutions
- Work independently in a fast-paced service to respect client’s service level agreement
- Keep client’s worldwide Front Office Support teams posted on issues updates
- Communicate with development teams and escalate support issues such as bugs and enhancements
- Participate in the update of various documentation and knowledge bases
- Travel once a year to business units to attend trainings before new versions release
