Dedicated Representative (Account Management) - Ingram Micro Philippines - National Capital Reg


SUMMARY:


The Dedicated Customer Contact Representative acts as the primary point of contact for their assigned clients and is responsible for all account management, selling activities, sales goal achievement, as well as handling customers’ transactions.
 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Customer Support and Selling Activities


• Achievement of metrics and sales goals
• Answer incoming client calls, e-mails or fax to fulfill requests of information and resolution of issues or sales inputs within the defined Service Level Agreement
• Actively call out assigned clients to inquire about additional sales opportunities
• Advise resellers of appropriate programs applicable to their business needs


2. Order Management and Transaction Activities


•Enter orders into the system
•Manage electronic orders by auditing orders for completion and accuracy




• Candidate must have completed at least 2 years in college, any field.
• Required skills: customer service with upselling or inbound or outbound sales experience
• At least 1 year of working experience in the BPO/Call Center/Shared Services industry
• Full-Time positions available.
• Willing to work in Mckinley Hill Taguig and on a Monday-Friday night shift schedule
