Customer Service Adviser
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
- Handles inbound calls; identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions
- Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, basic troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.
- Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to insure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- With strong customer service orientation.
- Good typing skills.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
