Responsibilities:
The Role:Digital Media Support Experts
As a Digital Media Support Experts ,your job is to keep cable subscribers in the know about the features or account details of their subscription. Specifically, they will call you asking for assistance for issues such as troubleshooting or billing. You could be hired to work with the biggest cable providers in the United States or handle an account about digital television, a fairly new technology that uses satellites in space to provide clearer TV shows to more people.

18 years old and above.
A Filipino Citizen or held relevant status.
Finished at least 2 years in college (Any course).
This position is full-time so you must be willing to work in our office at Bacolod.
