Training Assistant (Head Office, Libis, QC)
National Capital Reg – Libis, Quezon City
Responsibilities:
- Prepares the logistics for the basic company orientation and company-initiated trainings.
- Assists in conducting basic trainings to develop the potentials and skills of the employees.
- Observes in outsource training sessions to get new techniques and additional knowledge for the in-house trainings.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office applications and Internet Explorer.
- Willing to do fieldwork or be assigned to provinces to assist on training activities.
- Must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.
