Sales Officer – Cebu
Cebu (Cebu City) (Central Visayas)
- Taps companies with corporate accounts potential
- Markets, promotes, and sells Avida Land Corp. products
- Reports for business meetings based on the schedule set by her/his superior
- Participates in various company activities such as, but not limited to, sales events, booth manning and other related activities including the company’s sales hotline and website intended to promote and market the company’s products
- Conducts tripping to concerned buyer under her/his account
- Acts as a liaison agent between Avida Land Corp./CSG and the Buyer
- Provides administrative support and documentation services as may be necessary or preferable, to assist the duly qualified Buyers with respect to facilitating the filing, processing, and approval of their application as buyers or beneficiaries of the units
- Renders quality pre-sales and post sales services to the buyers of the Housing Units
- Ensures timely turnover of completed units to the Buyers by making sure that there are Buyers who will accept the units
- Performs other related functions from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- With at least six (6) months administrative or selling experience
- Can work well with people
- Have good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Willing to accept project-based employment
- Can start ASAP
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
