Responsibilities:


  • Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or webchat

  • Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems

  • Responds to end-user problems based on standard procedures

  • Must correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering into the database timely and accurately

Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.

  • Experience in TSR / IT Helpdesk position is an advantage.

  • Amenable to work in Makati

  • Willing to start ASAP
