Head, HR Business Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position reports to VP, Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of HR strategies and programs at the plant/ functional level, localization of employee engagement and communications program and union management and relations which drives business initiatives and directions.
REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires candidates with a degree in either behavioral science, psychology or business management degree, with at least ten (10) years of extensive human resources experience in a managerial capacity and has a strong business orientation.
