Cost Engineer - Manpower Philippines - Muntinlupa City (National Capital Reg) - Madrigal Park

Graduate of any BS Engineering course. 

With at least five (5) years or more experience as cost engineer.  Must have experience in cost estimating, cost reporting and cost control.  Must be familiar with plant equipment and materials, method of construction and cost component of industrial engineering and construction project.

Experienced in contract administration, change orders, billings and subcontractor administration is a plus.  
Must possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
