This position is responsible for instrument/machine demonstration/training and reagent applications troubleshooting of Professional Diagnostics products. He/She will conduct customer and field force trainings. He/She will provide pre and post sales instrument and reagent technical support to customers in cooperation and coordination with the Professional Services group.
You must be a graduate of a Medical Technology course or its equivalent. Those who have at least 2 years experience working as a Medical Technologist or was a Sales Associate of diagnostics instruments would have an advantage. You must possess very good communication skills and is capable of taking on leadership roles. You must be analytical, with a strong sense of customer orientation. You must also be able to deal with different types of people, is organized and can manage time appropriately.
