- A. LOGISTICS
- • Monitors and coordinates with the suppliers to ensure prompt
- delivery.
- B. INVENTORY CONTROL
- • Monitors spare parts level. Maintains and updates accurate record on inventory.
- • Controls materials movement in and out of the warehouse.
- C. PURCHASING
- • Canvassing of needed parts, tools, supplies requested by all departments.
- • Negotiating terms of payments and coordinating deliveries.
- D. SHIPPING
- • Arranges and packs goods from the stores / warehouse for shipment to customers and to the branch.
- E. STOREKEEPING
- • Responsible for up-keeping of warehouse (the cleanliness and safety operation)
- • Coordinates with external warehouse personnel for movements in rented warehouse
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehousing.
- Experienced in importation and logistics management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other engineering software.
- Willing to be based in Cavite or Paranaque City.
- Can start immediately.
