Responsibilities
• Design highly efficient C++ Object Oriented code within a multi-threaded and multi-process environment
• Write highly reliable, extensible and reusable C++ application code
• Leverage established design patterns
• Interact with product management
• Create task breakdowns and mentor local development team
• Develop professional software that adheres to coding standards and fits within a complex architecture
• Accurately estimate the time required to complete projects and work hard to achieve development timelines.
• Be involved and excel in solving complex problems, generate ideas, and deliver successful software systems.
• Work with multi-cultural and multi-national teams
Requirements
- • Candidate must possess at least a Masters in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a related field with sufficient work experience is acceptable.
• 7+ years of related working experience.
• Must Have: Significant C/C++ Experience and Object Oriented design skills
• Must Have: Linux C++ development experience.
• Must Have: Windows C++ development experience.
• Must Have: Experience with Networking Protocols and Networked Applications.
• Must Have: Experience with streaming media protocols, such as RTMP, RTSP, MPEG-TS, HLS, HDS
• Excellent English communication skills – Able to effectively discuss technical details with non-technical people.
• Experience with embedded programming is a Plus.
• Must be a team player, responsible and reliable. Qualified candidates will be given a highly competitive basic salary. - Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
