Sales Director
(National Capital Reg – Cybergate 3, Pioneer, Mandaluyong City)
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement strategies to help achieve country targets.
- Accountable in ensuring sales department targets are met
- Review and provide recommendation on pricing and packages.
- Ensure market leadership of company in the online recruitment industry.
- Ensure completion of team and hiring the right candidate by participating in the recruitment process.
- Provide timely coaching and performance evaluation to direct reports to ensure that the latter are properly guided and both of them are aligned with the vision.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years experience in a sales managerial position
- With extensive corporate sales management experience
- Strong passion to motivate a department
- Confident and with very good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly analytical and can interpret data
- Able to do industry analysis and expand the business
