RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (for National Capital Region)

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Restaurant Management Team in handling day to day restaurant operations.
- Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members in daily functions.
- Supervises team’s compliance to standard procedures and company policies.
- Provides leadership for responses to in-store emergencies or challenges.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 year course preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any business related course.
- Candidate should not be more than 27 years old.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills, customer service orientation and leadership qualities.
- Candidate must be willing to work on a flexible schedule.
