We are currently looking for Accounts Payable experts with people management skills to join our accounting team in Makati!
What you will be doing
Works with business unit financial analysts to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/statements
Analyzes income statement accounts and reconciles balance sheet accounts monthly Reviews general ledger accounts, identifies issues, and makes recommendations
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules for management personnel, external auditors, and SEC reporting
Collaborates with business unit to develop division budget and records in financial system Prepares monthly journal entries
Works with Manager, peers and staff in the development of a customer-centered work group
Executes mechanisms to measure internal customer satisfaction and works with Manager and staff to improve overall levels of customer service
Monitors functioning of PeopleSoft and other related systems and liaises with applications support staff as appropriate

How to get the Job
Interested? To join Convergys, you must have:
Have at least 3-4 year experience, Accounts Payable experience is highly preferred
Have experience in BPO industry is a plus but not required especially with US accounts
Be experienced in handling and managing 3 or more direct reports is a plus
Have CPA certification
Have excellent written and oral communication skill
Be willing to work night shift
Be willing to work in Makati
Be highly dependable and adaptable in changing environment
