Business Development Manager - Citibank N.A. - NCR


The Business Development Manager is expected to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:


  • Achieve monthly sales goals by acquiring new-to-bank clients through various leads:

                    a. Personal Leads


                    b. Branch Partners


                    c. Internal Sales Force Referrals


                    d. Events


                    e. Other Sources


  • Practice client focused, multi-product selling to affluent clients (bank, investments, credit card, loans, etc.)  

  • Make wise and compliant decisions always bearing in mind the company’s legal and financial safety and reputation

  • Provide support for acquisition and marketing events

  • Build and preserve healthy relationship with clients, business contacts and target network to create sales opportunities



  • Enjoys selling; feels comfortable when meeting new people and building initial rapport

  • College graduate

  • With above average communication skills

  • Adept at Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • With at least 3 years working experience; sales experience preferred

  • Competent relationship building skills

  • Energetic, driven, optimistic and motivated

  • Team Player
