Responsibilities:

• Answers customer inquiries clearly and logically; builds rapport,


• Clarifies by asking relevant questions and validates all information given; ensures customer satisfaction at all times.


• Work in a Fast Paced Call Center Environment


• Solid problem solving skills.

Requirements:

• CUSTOMER SERVICE FINANCIAL


• + COMMISSION EARN UP TO 35K (MAKATI SITE ONLY)


• Completed at least 2YR COLLEGE LEVEL


• Must have at least 1 YEAR OR MORE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE, preferably in a CUSTOMER SERVICE /financial (Credit Card)Account


• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS MUST BE CONVERSANT


• CSAT experience in a BPO/Call center setting is a plus. Strong customer service orientation.


• Should be amenable to the following: Graveyard shift, working on holidays or weekends, shifting schedules, or rendering overtime when needed.


• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
