We are a Real Estate Company currently looking for an Analyst to research and provide analytical support for property acquisitions in the United States market. The primary skills needed are market research, financial analysis and writing. The major responsibility would be to conduct research on publicly traded companies, determine their real estate assets that are owned, and compile a database for management.
Functions:
• Perform real estate market analysis on a wide range of public and private entities in the United States market using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
• Prepare detailed analysis of United States publicly traded companies and their real estate assets.
• Compile a database full of detailed information
• Create and analyze financial data as per the requirements of due diligence for a project feasibility.
• Liaise with the onsite engagement team.
