Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer’s concern, promote Product and client Loyalty
- Follows and complies to prescribed Work flow /Call Flow
- Up-sell/Upgrade individual products and product packages to existing customers.
- Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Input the customer modification/sale onto a database thereby ensuring that the data entered is accurate.
- Overcome objections from customers, in order to turn the call around and transition to a sale
- Responsible for ensuring that primary matrices (Customer Satisfaction and Revenues) are met through effortless customer experience.
- Responsible in maintaining first call resolution
- Responsible to keep and uphold integrity in handling customer’s account information in each and every call
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be a graduate of secondary education with at least 2 years call center experience OR
- College Level with at least 6 months experience on CS and Sales background
- 6 months Inbound Customer service experience
- Read, speak and write English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions
- No employment termination due to just cause in work history
- Should pass Medical and Health requirements
- Exemplary Attendance Records
