Responsibilities:
Successful applicants will provide efficient Technical Support to one of the leading multinational communications firm in the US. Function will include troubleshooting internet connection issues, modem and other concerns.
Requirements:
At least a high school graduate
Knowledge in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to work in Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City and on shifting schedules
